Hello everybody! Welcome to the Sinangz Blog!
I'm sure you are wondering, what the hell is this blog about? What sinang-sinangz? What does it mean? Is this just another bull shitting blog with rubbish contents? And obviously alot more other questions on your mind.............
Ok now stop guessing. Slowly you will uncover the meaning of sinang-nezz and the power of practising it.
What is Sinang-Sinangz?
The origin of "sinang" comes from the word senang of Bahasa Melayu (a dialect in Malaysia), which means easy or relax. However, in this context, it doesn't really has a fixed meaning. Sinang-Sinangz can be used in too many ways that it basically covers every aspect of our daily lives.
Why is it repeated twice?
Just a means of enhancing the power of it to getting your point across solidly to your audiences.
Now, take a moment and imagine the scenarios below:
1. Your friend bang-ed his car, when you asked him 'how's it?', his reply "Very bad" vs "Very very bad".
2. You have problem with a task, which is new to you. Then your superior keeps telling you "It's simple, i've done that many times!" vs "i've done that many many times!"
3. When your dumb UFO-maniac friend told you he just talked to an alien. You would ask in disbelief "Are you sure?" His reply "I really did it" vs "I really really did it"
Ok, by now you should already have a rough idea/answer to this.
How to use it?
As mentioned before, it's too broad! It can be used it almost every scenario.
Below are just a few examples.
Example 1:
During my annual appraisal with my boss, he asked me "So what do you want to achieve this year?".
My answer is "I just want to be sinang-sinang everyday in the office.".
Means: I just want to do some really really easy tasks or jobs everyday in the office
Example 2:
When you are blogging at work, your colleague passed by and said "Wah! you sinang loh!"
Means: holy shit! you are really really free!
Example 3:
When my mum asked me "So what do you want to do when you strike toto?"
My answer is "I just want to sinang-sinang everyday"
Means: I just want to have a very very easy life and do something really really relaxing
Example 4:
This is a real example just provided by a friend of mine.
After he visited a doctor, he told me "Gao dim jo, 500 gone, sinang money for the doctor".
Means: Done. 500 gone, easy money for the doctor
Example 5:
Upon request from a master in sinang-nezz, here below another example on how to use it.
From this example, the prostitute means "Can very very easily cheat money from her clients for 15 minutes of enjoyable work."
